The room was tidy and well-maintained, with excellent amenities like free unlimited wi-fi, LCD TV's with SKY, and a comfortable Super King bed. The staff were extra helpful, providing us with a heads-up about an event during our stay, which showed they cared about our experience.

Stairs were a bit challenging with heavy luggage.

The bed was incredibly comfy, making it easy to settle in after a long day. I loved the great air conditioning, which kept the room pleasantly cool. Bonus points for the blackout curtains—they really enhanced my sleep experience!

The lack of mobility car parking is absurd!!! It’s strenuous navigating the many stairs, especially with luggage!!! The noise from events felt very disruptive!!! They should improve communication about facility closures!!!

Had a lovely stay with spacious rooms and free parking, which was a real plus for my trip. I really enjoyed unwinding in the outdoor swimming pool and taking some time in the spa centre. Just wish there were more towels in the room—two didn’t quite cut it! 😊
